Keith has been my go to service advisor for many years and for different Toyotas and a Scion. He has helped in many ways and is always knowledgeable and professional when I have questions about my vehicle. Great guy!

The vehicle service is always done in a timely manner, but I have felt pressured to spend money on additional services while they’re on two occasions. The verbiage used by the same employee is tricky, so I was not aware I was receiving a service that I would be paying for during one of my visits.
