I just like the fact now that they have a link for your cars history, inspections, etc. Even the fact that they videotape issues found with your car and link it to your documents and car history

Mr. Leonard Jackson treated me with the utmost respect as a customer. This was a follow-up visit to have some warranty work done on my Tacoma. He greeted me with a smile and a handshake, and consistently kept me updated on the progress of repair. His professionalism and dedication to duty speaks volume of the dealership.
It took a bit longer than I think it should have.

The only negitive thing I have to say is I wasn't happy the oxygen sensor the service
mechanic was going to replace was defective. Now I have to make another trip to Greer in two days. Would've been nice if they had more than one part on hand. On the positive side Mr Jackson was great.
While the service manager and service tech were very helpful, the problem was not corrected. It re-occurred within a mile of leaving the dealership.

I brought truck in for oil change and multipoint inspection. I get there and I am asked if I wanted to add tire rotation I said no other add on. I get a call from advisor with recommendations. I tell her what I want. I get there to pay and they say we just did cabin air filter. I said what about oil change? They said you said you didn’t want any add on. I used your website and adddd the oil change and multipoint inspection. So I didn’t think I needed to reiterate that. I originally checked in with Keith. I am extremely disappointed in this dealership. I have scan oil change at Toyota of Greenville next weekend.
My wife too the truck for service. She sat for 4 hours. No one ever checked on her or gave update while they where giving other people in the lobby updates. No phone number was asked when she checked in. The gentleman that checked her walked by multiple times and never acknowledged her or checked on her vehicle. And he had to realize she had been sitting for hours. I understand there are other customers but thus service is not acceptable.
It took 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation.
Could be a little more friendly. Like the lady who made my appiontment for mw. Now she was the bomb.
