Excellent ???? Detail and very nice that the technician included 2 videos letting me know what he was checking in the engine bay, and the brake status.
The bad customer services totally disappoints treated like an inmate in jail, in the bill charged too much after remind they fixed there was an Asian guy his attitude was unacceptable totally out of manner so rude.
I came before lot of time not treated as bad today. God forgive me if I come next time.

Inattentive service call. Inattentive service rep. Information provided was not passed on to tech. Tech didn’t know the source of the problem, just read a scantool. Prices were prohibitively expensive and frankly ridiculous. I thought the service department was there to help people. What I experienced was a service department helping themselves to lots of my money for nothing.
