Both Courtney and Leonard were great. Good team work, Leonard was with another customer when I came (I can early) and Courtney stepped in in and git me checked in. Leonard was very friendly and polite when I picked my car up.

Having recently relocated from Myrtle Beach where I bought all my Toyota’s over the years from sparks and where I only had my vehicle serviced. I was very happy to use Toyota of Greer which is a mile from my job at Family Dental Health. Leonard my service advisor was pleasant and addressed my concerns regarding the price for air filters the dealership charges. I’m happy to have found a comparable Toyota dealership to service my 2016 Avalon

Your employees used to come to us ( the customer) and talk and explain, sometime with pictures, now they just want to text you the info. I don't like that. I prefer the old way of customer service.

The last five vehicles, my husband and I have owned have all been purchased through Moses Jenkins. He was a true friend, business partner and we miss him terribly. He had a unique personality that can’t be replaced. At this time we both are going to hold onto our vehicles and cherish the memories.

I got maintenance already but on my screen still told me that maintenance request visit the Dealer .. so how i can do? My car gonna be ok? And I remember that i take a car for maintenance mileage at 19927 but on paper said 19903.. Thank you!
