It took almost 3 hours for an oil change, tire alignment/rotation, change 2 air filters and check the brakes when I had an appointment scheduled and I think I was overcharged because I approved $222 and my final bill was over $300?

The service is great but Toyota dealership prices are to expensive on certain things.
I had an appointment at 12 noon for an oil change and my car wasn’t even taken back till 1:10. I understand things happen but why make an appointment if not going to stand by that time. Other than that my experience was good. The service people are all very kind. Thank you for your time.
