I was satisfied with the service that was provided. However, my armrest is making a squeaking noise when I drive. I was told that issue was common for my make and model. I’m disappointed about that.
Very happy someone straightened my problem out. Was going to take my business elsewhere. Very unhappy with my last visit there glad new faces behind the counter.
Mr Jackson is my fav service rep at your Greer location. he has helped me more than once & is kind and friendly, does not speak down to you if you are female. i appreciate him very much !
Keith is excellent at what he does. He is caring and pays close attention to what his customers are telling him is wrong w/ their vehicle. He kept me updated while I waited and gave me not only good advice on other repairs needed on my vehicle, but took the time & advised me on certain other used vehicles. He knows his stuff and cares about long term relationships with his customers. You better keep him!!
Took over 2 hours for a tire rotation!! They did plug a nail hole which was nice but they also missed another nail I saw and have to patch now.

I waited for over two hours when I was told the vehicle would be ready in one hour. No one communicated or came and got me when the truck was finished. I saw the truck pulled up and walked inside to pay. The guy didn’t say a word to me, only handed me the papers and walked me to the desk to pay. He didn’t explain anything that had been done. This was the worst service I have EVER received at a dealership and I will not be back!!!!
