I was overcharged $67.88 for labor. However, after I arrived home and realized the error, Mr. Jackson did credit back the overcharge over the phone and apologized. So it turned out okay.

Keith has always been an excellent & trusted representative of TofG. This is my 7th Camry lease dating back to 2004.
I was met by Courtney at the service entrance and we discussed my appointment. Courtney recommended a front end alignment and tire rotation and checking all fluid levels for my 15,000 mile check-up. I’m always treated with friendly smiles and as busy as they were this morning I was in and out in little over one hour. Always have a good experience with the service department.
