I am very please with the service that I received today Will be coming back when I need to have service done for my truck.

It took over 2 hours to get an oil change on a Saturday morning at 8am. There were about 5 people in the waiting area when I got there. That seems like a very long time for an oil change.

Rudy is awesome! Knowledgeable, trustworthy, and personified.

Always a hassle free experience. Bobby looked up multiple tire options and discussed them with me so I was able to choose what best fit my current needs.

Brandon was awesome! The Tech lied to me about the extent of damage to AC system. He said the compressor was bad, but I knew the only thing wrong was a cracked AC line. Tech quoted $4000 for repair and labor. I fixed it myself for less that $300 in parts. Brandon tried to get price down so I could afford it, but I just fixed it myself and saved alot of money!

Professional, friendly, no “up-selling.”

The diagnostic and repair took much longer than I was told it would. I made an appointment on Wednesday morning at 9am and was told it could take up to 2 days to diagnose the issue. It wasn’t until Tuesday that I was called and told that the diagnostic was about to be run on my truck and the cost for it was also different than what my service advisor had me sign for. Furthermore, the price I was told was not the bill that was given to me at the time end. It was a little over 300 dollars more than what it should have been. After arguing with the service advisor I was able to bring the cost down some and just had to eat the rest of the added price due to some “extra parts” that needed to be fixed during my repair that I was never told about. Ever since I got this truck in ‘14 I have sent so many friends, family members, and coworkers out to yall for a new vehicle because I have always had a great experience. I even purchased another new f150 back in ‘24 and was happy with everything then. But, after dealing with this repair job and being lied to about the cost and timeline I’m starting to second guess my stance on the dealership.

This time looks like service representative was not in a mood to do his job. It was so unpleasant.

The Rep was polite and professional. There was a sign that states BOGO OIL SERVICE. I HAVE RECEIVED THIS BEFORE, BUT THIS TIME IT DOES NOT APPLY BECAUSE OF THE OIL THAT IS USED…….THAT IS NOT WHAT THE SIGN STATES. I BUY ONE I GET ONE…..

We were kept apprised of the progress of your troubleshooting, and that was appreciated.
