Superior customer service for a person from out of state showing up 20 minutes prior to closing.. Knowing that the oil change in a Bronco is challenging for outside shops it was vital to get service prior to long distance travel. Thank you Christian and to the young lady that authorized me a window to get there..

Wesley did an outstanding job of helping us to get our car serviced. Additionally, his contacts with us by text to let us know the car was ready and by phone call to explain the sheet he had created for us to give us information about tire offers. I had mentioned to him that the tires needed to be checked.

Wesley was very friendly and professional. Got my F150 in and out as promised. Gave me some ideas for future service to extend the life of my truck. Akins Ford is an all-round quality place to do business. I love that they are proud to be a Christian organization.

**** has always been great to work with and my latest experience was great as well. This particular visit was for a fleet vehicle but I also buy and have my personal vehicles serviced at Akins Ford. We have an appointment to purchase another personal vehicle this Saturday with Richard. Love Akins Ford!

I’m not complaining. We had good service with my wife’s car so I tried mine. I as told it would be 1.5 hours for oil change and tire rotation. It took closer to 3 hrs. Y’all were busy. I will be back due to the incredible service you provided on my wife’s expedition. We had transmission rebuilt under warranty and other items I requested. If I remember correctly, we had the car back within a week. I was very impressed considering what two other dealerships had told me. I’m gonna continue to do business with y’all and if it goes well, moving forward, we will be purchasing our next vehicles at Akins.

Chris was great. He explained what repairs were going to be made and kept me posted when I could come pick up my car. I had asked Chris if he could have the collision shop look at my car while it was there and give me an estimate on some body work. He said of course he could… and he did! Thanks Chris for Great Customer Service!!

I have no complaints with Bobby or the service I received on my vehicle. I do have a complaint that I requested that a brake light on the driver’s side and that was done and invoice showed to bulbs and charge was $60.00. I have been unable to get a clear answer on why 2 bulbs. I had a brake light on the passenger side by Akin a couple of months ago and the charge was $25.00. I just really would like to know where and what the second bulb was needed.

Nick has been great the past few times I’ve used him. I told him my preference and how I’d like things handled and he obliged without question to make sure i was satisfied. With me going in and out of town all the time it makes it so much easier to communicate with the same human being. So I’ll give it a 10/10 everytime if it keeps up.
