Everything went great! They came and got my vehicle took it back to the dealership did the work and had it returned by lunch. They kept me informed the entire process and will definitely be coming back! Thank you!

I really appreciate Akins Ford for providing trained and professional people like Melvin Knight who recently handled a warranty issue and then my first oil change on a new vehicle I purchased. All I had to do was let him know what I needed, and he handled the rest. All of this was handled in minimum time. Yes, my trust is with Akins because I can trust them fully for all of my vehicle needs.

Matthew was great at customer service not only for the truck repair and service, because but he also displayed warm humor. I appreciated both shuttle drivers. Yolanda was especially brightly cheerful. Made me laugh despite worrying about repair to be made. I was right not stop worrying because Matt took good care ensuring all went well.

Talked with Bobby about the recalls on my auto. Told me that i will need to leave it there for 2 days. I beleive that he said that theyvwill provide an auto for that time. I will find out when I call to make the appointment to get 2 of the 3 recalls handled plus the leaking wiper hose repaired. Bobby was excellent
