Mike was extremely personable and knowledgeable. One WISH I have is a FORD issue, not a service one. I had service conducted outside of Akins (as I was traveling) and that can’t be annotated. It should be. We should be better connected in this day and age. I can even provide receipts of the service (of air filters).

I thought Erica was great. She really understood that I was in a bind, that it was a warrenty issue, and made it happen to get me back on the road. Im now 4 cars in at akins and as long as they keep taking care of me my family and I will continue to get vehicles and service there. Thanks again.

Since I was Automotive Mechanic for UPS for 31 years and retired now . I will still bring my 2017 F-150 for service. I always try to look over what I can in what is done to my truck . This time windshield washer wasn’t fill up when it about empty. I had service advisor correct it before left the dealership. Because I have 2.7 engine with oil filter housing up front I have in the past on 2 oil services had oil all over my engine compartment. Luckily both time not getting on my serpentine belt . This recent service this didn’t happen and I always tell the service advisor to note this so it doesn’t happen . Other this . I will continue to bring my 2017 F-150 and 2014 Edge in for service and I purchased the 2014 Edge new Akins . Other than all this I’am happy and your Body shop did fantastic job of repairing my 2017 F-150 awhile back .

I bought this blue for certified car with an additional extended warranty and brought it back a few days later after getting it checked out by a mechanic. A had a laundry list of things to be addresses and although my car was kept for 29 days, only one thing on the list was truly addressed. I was told by Chris that they would also replace the fuel pumps for my vehicle in addition to the timing chain and cam phasers. The fuel pumps were not replaced. I do know that a lot of the things on my list were minor, but now I’m driving this car around with a bad feeling and afraid that it’s gonna break down. I don’t like being told that something is going to be replaced and then it’s not. I didn’t really wanna fill out the survey because I know that Service advisor’s are graded on these surveys, but I felt it necessary to explain how I feel. I hope there’s not more wrong with my vehicle, but, I guess that’s why I have the warranty.

Brandon is a WONDERFUL REPRESENTATIVE for your company. He is VERY PERSONAL and VEEY PROFESSIONAL at his job. Always a pleasure to deal with him. I did joke with him I've seen him TOO MUCH LATELY. GREAT GUY.
