We have not had our truck for months and each time we get it back, there are still issues. We should be able to return the truck at no additional cost to us. Very dissatisfied.

I came in for new Michelin tires the ones I have on my bronco when I came in and there were black wall and I left with white lettered Michelin’s because apparently that’s what you had in stock and that’s what the guy sold me over the phone but he never asked me if I wanted white letters or a black wall and black wall is what I wanted but I ended up leaving with white letters cause that’s what they put on my vehicle. I also came in to have the front end alignment done, and when I left and started driving home, the steering wheel was cocked to the right, so I had to turn around and come back and have it done again. I think the oil change went well at least so far. I’m usually very happy with your service department. That’s why I always come there, but this was not a great experience today.

You guys have provided great and kind service over the past four years. Actually. Excellent. It is unfortunate that I can’t say the same the Dodge Ram I purchased I own much older vehicles, with double the mileage, that have not had to have such a massive repair. Dodge should provide you with a more quality product to sell and service. I do appreciate the discount and I am satisfied that Aiken Ford did all they could The manufacturer of this Ram should be responsible for the defect. At this point there is know way I would purchase another Dodge nor recommend to anyone. Lastly, these comments have nothing to do with the service Akins has provided. They are always very cordial and professional.

At check out, quoted one price but had higher price on my card. If she had told me in advance, I would have paid cash. Didn’t notice until driving off the lot that I still had warning that oil change was overdue. Drove back in and representative directed me to line for service. He couldn’t reset my notice but I had to wait about 10 minutes for my original service representative. By this time there were vehicles behind me waiting service. Took a while for them to back up and let me out.

Rudy was great to work with. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, and really takes the time to explain what’s going on without making it confusing. I never felt rushed, and he made sure I understood everything before moving forward. What stood out most was how easy he made the whole process—kept me updated, answered all my questions, and made the experience completely stress-free. It’s not always easy to find that level of customer service. I will definitely ask for Rudy every time.

When I left my vehicle I was told it would be a few hours but I received a text that it was ready within 90 minutes. I text Jonah back to give me a call. No response after an hour so I called but was told Jonah was with a customer but they would have him to call me, an hour later I called again, same responce.not sure what was going on I came and picked up my car. I asked for Jonah but they could not find him. Later that night Jonah call and apologized. He told me that he had to leave. Someone should have been able to pick up Jonah's calls.
