I had an appointment and left my car all day. When I picked it up they hadnt done ANYTHING. My check engine light was on and it was my only day off. NOT GOOD!

The person making the appointment should tell the customer about the charges to expect so the customer doesn’t come unprepared and waste everyone time
I didn’t appreciate the text with adding work on my vehicle. I wish a person would have came ask me. I unfortunately didn’t read everything and ended up getting work done I didn’t want completed on my vehicle and had to pay $50. It is my fault for not reading throughly but I’m not a fan of the way it was done.
