LC Toyota was wonderful. It was difficult to find what was wrong with my car. But Mathew Hicks and mechanic ( think his name was Wilson) worked so hard to make things easier for me while getting the problem solved. Everyone at Toyota met me with a smile and was so pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Lake Charles Toyota service department.
Excellent experience today. He took time to explain what was done on my car, what looked good, and what to keep an eye on in the future. No pressure, just straightforward information and great customer service. I’d be happy to work with him again.

Communication was definitely a problem. It took 3 days to get the work done -- which was exasperating. But everyone was very courteous and helpful (especially the ladies at the appt. desk and the men in Customer Service (Tony and Jeremy)-- and of course I really appreciated them letting me have a loaner while mine was in the shop. Thank you.
