Andrea was great! Her personality was amazing. She was very attentive and kept me up to date on my service. She’s a great employee. I appreciate her and will request her services every time.
I had an appointment at 10:00 for a recall problem. I was told when I made the appointment that it would take approximately 3 hours. I left my car and called at 1:00 to check on the status since I had not heard anything. Work had not even started on my car. It was after 5:00 when car was ready.
I received the highest quality service, as always!

Matthew was very thorough at explaining to me. The service that would be completed and that the service was completed. He also gave me wonderful information about the price on tires.
My vehicle was ready for an hour and no one came and let me know. Things like the air filter needed to be changed but he told me way after my oil service was done and never checked if I wanted to change it right then. When I asked why I was never informed that my vehicle was ready because I sat for 2 and a half hours the lady gave an excuse that she got side track and that was unacceptable. Two workers and no one felt I was important enough to let me know my vehicle was ready. I even had to get my grandson dropped to me at the dealership because I was still sitting and waiting for no reason. I also had to make a trip to Houston after getting service and was pushed back in traffic due to sitting so long at the dealership. Tony gave me a free car wash because my oil change is lifetime with the package we bought but I don't feel valued at all by Toyota. This was a horrible experience and I wish I didn't have to go back because it seems really racist when I was answered by the two people that was supposed to take care of me.
Only thing is somehow my driver side door by the the door handle got scratched. From the service department 3/21/26 from a tires rotation . I called them about it and they are looking into it. As of today 3/23/2026 no response has been made back to me on this issue
