I had a 10:00 o’clock appointment for an oil change and two safety recalls on my 2021 Toyota Highlander. I was waiting for my car to be repaired. At about 3:00 o’clock I inquired when did the service people think it was going to be repaired. I found out that I was about the third or fourth down the list. I was advised that most likely the tech was not going to get to it today. So I rescheduled for next Wensday at 8:00 hoping I could get it done. I guess if I had not inquired about 3:00 I would have waited until closing of the service department and then be told sorry it did not work out today. I think the department was overbooked for the recalls and not enough tech,s were put on the jobs. It appears only one person was working on the backlog of waiting customers today.
Well That’s my thoughts about today’s events. I was there about 5 hrs today. I was expecting a longer than normal wait time, but with the expectation that it could be accomplished today.

The experience was great, Brandt talked to me like I was an actual human being and treated me with the most respect. He did such a great job and I definitely look forward to working with him more in the future.

Dropped my car off at 9:30,and it was not ready until almost 5:00 pm
Matthew was very polite, to the point. I was very pleased.
I had a time frame that I needed to be done at the dealership and was advised that it was not a problem to get my vehicle done in a timely manner so that I could leave. I understand that circumstances can effect things but my vehicle was sitting out ready and I was not told but had to ask if it was ready.
