There were dirty spots on the front seat. They checked the cabin filter and must’ve laid it on the seat. Dirty hand prints on the inside of the 2 front doors.

She was nice and polite. Explained the recall process takes steps. Finding what parts need to be ordered. Because they are not always on hand at the dealership. Ordering the parts that will take a week or so to come in and at that time I will be contacted to setup an install date. So I understand. So Thanks Angela great job. David M

I saw they parked my car outside and I know it was ready but nobody told me anything or received a text, I asked somebody else about my car,and that person went to check inside and said Ms Angela Mancilla went to lunch and nobody new anything about my car. So I was there for more than 30minutes waiting in vain. My car was ready but nobody told me anything until I asked.

I’ll be there in a day or two to talk to the service manager, always trying to blame the problem on the customer instead of working with them. Technicians taking responsibility for something they screwed up. My last 3 vehicles I’ve purchased from y’all and it will be the last due to the service department.

Everything was smooth and speedy. Had multiple things done to my Camary, and the text system worked well for clarification about what needed to be done. Brant was helpful as were the other employees. All went well.
