Clay was kind enough to take a few minutes to look into a concern I had that had previously been passively dismissed but wanted to to a see what it was, why, and in less than 2 minutes Clay figured it out. I appreciate him taking the few extra minutes and not charging me an arm and leg. It's these types of scenarios that build trust and encourage a customer to return.

The Service There NOW Is Not Like It Was In The Past. The People Made Me Feel Like They Were Doing Me A Favor By Working On My Highlander . Also When we Got in our vehicle The AC Was Set On 60 Degrees It Had NEVER BEEN SET ON 60 Degree !! Again NOT Like It Was Only A Few Years Ago !!
