Came in to have bulbs change on my truck on today. Only to find out while getting on the interstate going home that the signal light was not even changed out.Called back and a sales person answered and said they were gone for the day.This is so inconvenient for us cause we work doing the week. Toyota going to pay the ticket if we get pulled over?Please do better and inspect customers vehicles before handing us our key this was almost 200.00 for something we could have done ourselves but we chose to continue to be loyal customers at Toyota and having our vehicles done correctly.

I was told my vehicle was ready and then waited 30 minutes. Was told someone took my keys to lunch with them and they couldn’t find them. I missed an important meeting at work because of the poor service. Many Toyota employees saw me waiting. I asked the service advisor and he told me to ask the people dropping cars what the problem was. Just not a lot of focus to make this a good customer experience.
