I am happy with the prompt service, the dependability of the LC Toyota family, and friendly service reps. However, when the car was returned to me, the driver’s side back seat was reclined and there were chip crumbs on the same seat (seat and back). It would appear someone may have taken a snack break in my vehicle while it was being serviced.

Every thing was done right and fast
While I totally appreciate all Clay’s help in the process. I brought my car in because it’s making a noise. The technician says that the air condition system needs overhaul and that does not fix the problem. The noise is still there $3700 later. The technician looks at it again and says there’s an old belt wrapped somewhere and needs to change another belt and says that’s the problem and then the noise was still there. He then the technician tries to convince me that the car is supposed to sound that way.. but I know better and everyone else that heard the engine knows better so they take it to the back again and finally fine that the pulley is bad a simple thing like the pulley. Which maybe would’ve only cost me a couple of hundred dollars to change it. My air condition was blowing cold air perfectly fine.. so you can see why I have no confidence in your technician telling me what’s wrong with my car after $3700. I have always brought my car into Toyota since I’ve bought it there, but I wasn’t satisfied at all on how the problem got solved. My car sounds like it always has now thank you for that and I will still come back and get my car serviced when something goes wrong,
