I love honest service. There was an accident that occurred causing damage to my rim. Clay was honest about it and made sure that this would be fixed without an inconvenience to me. It is not often that you see someone with integrity any more. Thank you for your honesty and know this will make me buy my next car from here.

After almost 3 years Gavan got me my second key that I had never received! I had ask several people on many occasions about it and was always given the run around as to why they couldn’t provide me with my second key to my vehicle. When I bought my car the salesman told me because of the “chip shortage “ my second key would be mailed to me in a few months. That of course never happened. Thanks to Gavan for not giving me the run around and actually producing my second key! Now I don’t have to worry about if something happens to that 1 key!!! I have a backup key if it does! Thanks Gavan Guillory!

Michael guillory the service tech is great. But these extended warranty using used parts instead of new or remanufactured parts is just wrong.

Service advisor I like dealing with, other than that took 3 trips before issue was fixed, because of lack of experience in the service department cost me 1500.00 dollars plus missing 3 days of work that I had to eat. All because someone was not trained well enough and nobody went behind them to check there work before sending the vehicle out. Thanks for all the headaches and wasted hours. Hopefully someone learns something from this other than me.

When I called to make my appointment. I was told it would take an hour then when I arrived, I was told it was gonna take an hour and a half but I actually waited for two hours.

Out of three Fourunners I have put from you guys every service has been beyond what I experienced with other named vehicles. Angela is amazing as I feel like she is a wonderful friend and communicator. Each time I’ve bought a new vehicle I feel as I got it from an amazing , caring person who goes the extra mile to make sure myself or any buyer got all the answers. I can’t say enough about her but I’m sure you got the drift!!!
