Ordered and paid for tires and setup an appointment, called ahead of time to make sure the tires were there before making the 30-40 minute drive and waiting for 2+ hours to find out the tires had not been delivered after being assured they were on the truck and will be there for the appointment. Disappointed to say the least. I do feel the this upcoming service should be greatly discounted.

Always first class service. Prompt, quality care is always provided. Communication is top tier. I do wish they offered a free car wash after service(when a certain amount is spent). Just a thought. See you all at my next service appointment.

2 hrs to rotate tires when took yall 45 minutes to rotate tires and change oil in August 2025
Seats look great!! Question, will the heated seats warm up more than they are today? Wondering if the new seat covers are thicker than cloth seats. So nice to have the warmth.
