I have always found car buying stressful. This was the most stress free car purchase I have ever made. Ryan was very professional and patient in helping me in with my decision. The main thing for me was not feeling any pressure. I had to wait for my car to be delivered to the dealership and Ryan was was great about keeping me up to date on where my car was and when I should expect it. I have already told friends about my good experience and will definitely recommend Toyota of Lake Charles to others. Ricky in finance was also very personable and helped me decide what warranty was best for me. Thank You!
