I was also very pleased with the 4 new tires he recommended for my vehicle My Toyota Highlander rides like a dream! I would not choose any other dealership to service my car! ????. Should give a free car wash with an oil change. Speed almost $85 for oil change, what a car wash$8-$14. Just suggestion.

The overall cost for the service was why I do not bring to Lake Charles Toyota. To plug in to make a diagnose that was preformed at a local auto parts store in less than 10 mins for same outcome.

I was there to start the engine replacement process on my ‘22 Tundra. Engine is on order and we’ll continue when the parts arrive. No issues or concerns, Toyota has kept me informed as to when the recall will be completed.

Hardly no communication. Said he was going to tell me if they could fix the recall. Never told me yes or no...Was supposed to tell me how long it would take to fix the recall if they could but never did. Never got my approval to fix recall. My car sat for an hour before being taken back. Then was not informed on how long it would take. Very disappointed in my service with clay
