Your service is excellent and Clay went above and beyond. But if you’re counting how many service customers you’ve lost over not offering the shuttle service anymore, add one. I was in and out in 2.5 hours but I cannot sacrifice 2.5 hours of downtime in a dealership waiting room - and my last service took 3. . It’s going to feel weird but I’ll be taking my Toyota to Bolton or somewhere else that offers a shuttle.
