I waited in the drop off area for 20 min waiting for Angela. After 20 min, a guy asked me to fill out a form and leave it in the vehicle b/c Angela has on the phone. There was confusion as to my appointment even though I showed the gentleman my confirmation text on my phone.

I arrived at 8:32am for an appt. At 8:45am is when I finally saw a technician. At 11:15am, I approached the desk bc I hadn’t received any info. I was informed that my vehicle had not been looked at yet. I asked for my vehicle to be given back to me. I didn’t not leave the dealership until 12:45pm. This is the 4th time in a row that I’ve waited at least 2 hours for an oil change, with an appt. I’m grateful that my truck is free but I will not be taking my other vehicles here for service

Michael was very accommodating to my request to help me. My husband is wheelchair bound and he helped me to get in and out timely. He always has a great attitude. Michael is definitely an asset to your company!
