Clay was easy to work with. The fact that a thermostat installed March 2023, 2 yrs 8 mths ago and driven 15,200 miles, Failed, tells me something was wrong with the part. And I am not available fan of your text messaging system.
Clay was great. I had an appt, arrived 30 min early and they completed my car's 1st check up 2 hrs later. It was Veterans Day and the service manager had taken the vets out to lunch. I totally appreciate that but I think that with that happening they should have not made so many appts thus putting ghe service dept in a bind.

Gavan did a great job. I showed up without an appointment, I was not aware the new requirement (to me) to schedule my service appointment but he did a great job explaining the reasons. Although I didn’t schedule, he worked me in and got my service done within 90 minutes. That’s a plus in my opinion!
Gavin took great care of me, I love how he notified me all through my car’s service. Gavin is so nice and he really knows how to relate with customers. Job well done Gavin Guillory.

Brant did an excellent job, I am dissatisfied that my reverse lights, camera, and console indication were not working! I know issues come up, just hoping that it’s a simple issue resolved in a timely manor.
