John did his job just fine, my problem is with the dealership over all, I have a pin hole in my tire that apparently can’t be fixed so you want to charge me $350 for a new tire when I just spent $40000 a year ago for a brand new suv. And apparently I can’t even buy the same tire anywhere else. I will never go back to that store again nor will I recommend it to anyone. Honestly it left a bitter taste in my mouth so will steer anyone far away

The service team was ready for the scheduled appointment. Mike Maslak was organized and methodical. He promptly took the needed step to start the vehicle maintenance process and arranged transportation home for us. He communicated the recommendation needing to be addressed. He thoroughly went over the final report of the completed service and pointed out things to address on future maintenance. It was a pleasure working with Mike.

Eric Chandler was great! Kind, efficient, and thorough. The only thing I noticed was when I cleaned my car at Kiwi after leaving Honda the dashboard is not completely closed? I don’t know if part of the recall was taking apart my dashboard? Should I come back to have them look at it? TY Natalie E
