Lon was very informative about my car. He always makes sure to let me know all the things that are in need of attention with my car. He is the reason I continue to have my car serviced there. He is great with me, the customer and I’m sure it’s with all customers!
It was very easy to set up an appointment online and Rhett was great to work with!
Chandler did an excellent job with getting me in for unscheduled work when all my systems started flashing failures. He also understood that I was in a jam. I had to get my car working and back to me by 2 PM the following day so I could get to the airport for an international trip! The next day I worked with Lon as Chandler was off. Lon understood too and he and “my hero” mechanic did just that and I got a call at 1:55 to come on to pick it up! Hysterically, I got in my car to leave and an alarm went off. But it was a simple “remote key fob battery low”, and Lon ran over to have it replaced, brought it back, and I was on my way!!
I can’t say enough about what a great job they did and my 8 year old CR-V drove like a dream all the way to Orlando! Thanks to everyone who played a part in making it happen.
