Kevin was friendly and efficient. The area seemed very busy and he was cool l, calm and collected. Never made me feel rushed and answered all of my many questions.
Mike Penton was very professional. He had the recall item fixed (no charge) and he changed the oil and filter. He told us exactly what the oil and filter charge would cost and there was no surprises.

This was my first service appointment after purchasing my Pilot. My oil change was free. Tire rotation was done, and Jarrod Jenkins also recommended replacing a filter. He kept me informed on the progress while my vehicle was being serviced and answered questions I had. He was very professional and did not pressure me to have anything done that wasn’t necessary. Service was completed within an hour, which was exactly how long I was told it would take. I was very satisfied
