I appreciate the effort of your management team to understand my frustration of trying to receive a written quote before the final work was approved. I don’t like surprises. Because I am leaving tomorrow morning and the work couldn’t be scheduled until tomorrow, I deferred most of the work to when I return in October. I have had nothing but great experiences in the past and will try to schedule the remainder of work in October.

I always have an outstanding experience at Vatland Honda, and a huge part of that is thanks to John and Lars! I've been driving the car for 50 years and I've never felt so uncomfortable at a car dealership before with all the upselling. I know I need some things in the future but I told my representative that I only needed an oil change today that's all I have money for and it seemed like he was trying to sell me so many things very uncomfortable I will not go back

I was told I still have a service package when booking the appointment. But then got a call this morning that I would have to pay for the service. Nobody is on the same page. Always seems like our car is the first car ever serviced at Vatland. Never a good experience.
