Service was fast and complete and I was kept aware of everything that was completed as it was done! Rhett was extremely busy but took the time to answer my questions and make sure I was comfortable and satisfied! I would recommend Vatland Honda to all my family and friends! Yes Mr Chandler was very pleasant, quick and explained everything well. I was surprised by the building remodeling and while it was certainly not as comfortable as previously, it was OK. My only real negative was not being able to connect to the Wi-Fi but I did not ask for assistance so it may have been an issue with my phone and I wasn't waiting that long that it became a problem. As an aside, it's very refreshing to see how you make sure that everyone understands the credit charges and the way to avoid the surcharge...it was noted multiple times both written and verbal.
I appreciated the kindness and respect I felt and the flexibility for what I could have done today. Greatly appreciated the honesty and not feeling pressured but good explanations in simple terms. Thank you for working with people in these very stressful times.

I’ve been coming to Vatland Honda for many years I had never met Mr. Chandler, he was very nice he explained to me the importance of getting the services done to my vehicle that was needed and he also communicated very well. Now I have done business with Jarad in the past and as usual he is always courteous and very professional. Both men have excellent customer service.
