Was very pleased with John Stearns. He was very professional ~ very helpful and I appreciate his kindness . On 1~10 I would give him a 10. Everyone at Vatland Service was great.
Chandler was very efficient and provided us with great customer service and kept us informed throughout the process of the service on our vehicle.
I informed the rep of the issue when I called the first time to schedule the appt. When I arrived this morning, I was informed that I needed a multipoint inspection then the customer form was printed as if I requested it. I'm out $150 and still can't drive at night. That money could've been applied to the balance of an actual repair. To expect $675 to replace bulb and socket is ridiculous and unconscionable, especially with the total cost of parts being only $170. The missing connector and bulb is just as ridiculous as those things are wired, so where could it have disappeared to? Very disappointed with my experience at Vatland. There has to be a better way of dealing with customers.
