John was my service person, he didn’t communicate well at all very disappointing

Toby's customer service is always excellent. I appreciate the ability to drop off early and communicate via text. The videos are also appreciated.
The only suggestion I have is to vacuum the front or at least driver's side when service above a certain dollar amount is provided. $200? It would be a great touch and differentiate you from other dealers or service providers, but would not be labor intensive or expensive to provide.

Thank you for your patience and kindness when I was in a hectic situation. I appreciate that Vatland and John made me feel at ease. My son enjoyed the quiet working space. I enjoyed the comfortable seating near the bar/coffee area. Vatland always feels like a relaxing place: I really value that. You have a family of customers for life.
