I’ve been contacted enough. I have nothing good to say - it’s clear that Honda does not care if my nearly-new vehicle works correctly, in this case the windshield washer unit. I have a warranty that is apparently not what I expected. I am not stupid enough to pay extra money to repair something that failed not of my doing. Very disappointed.
I always giveJarrod a big plus. The man is congenial, very pleasant and will always give you the complete information about your car, no BS and if you ask questions he will always answer you, (I feel) very accurately. I will always ask for him to be my advisor? Though I have no doubt that the rest of your guys are also good. My car was ready quickly and I was completely aware what was being done to it.

I don’t need a call back. It was great except the part where I saw the near 500 dollar charge for labor on something that took less than 2 hours. Everything else was okay.
