Jerrod made a very pleasurable visit out of what started out as quite a stressful day! We had been told they were very busy and shor- staffed on a Saturday, but he got us in and out as quickly as he possibly could much to our surprise! He was friendly and concerned with our issue!!

Michael was very nice! He brought the paperwork to me. Instead of me walking to his office. I have a walking boot on my left leg. I thought that was really thoughtful. Walked me to my car when it was finished. Honda always goes above and beyond with their customer service. Thank you
