I drove about 45 minutes to sit in the waiting area for approx and hour or so just to be told after that length of time that the recall part was not in stock. Seems to me that might be something to check on before you conf the appt. Everyone was very nice and I was offered a rental so I could leave my Pilot there but I took today off of work and wouldn’t have been able to get there before close tomorrow
Although my car is a 1997 Acura bought at Vatland many years ago but love it Jarrod finally got the parts I needed with much effort and replaced a defective power steering rack and in due time and patience by both of us I drove out of Vatland a completely satisfied customer . Hats off to Jarrod and his team .
