Over 2 hours for an oil change! I went to lunch at Cafe 66 and when I came back my car had just gone back. You spend all that time doing your inspection and then rush the oil job. Only after I get pissed off do you drum up $800 worth of maintenance items my car needs due mileage
…I’ve already been here for hours! In addition not getting a straight answer on the price for any of the services didn’t inspire confidence that I even want to continue bringing my car to you.
The price texted to me in the app isn’t the price according to the service writer; then the tech comes out with a price for something else scribbled on paper but can’t tell me if that’s the price. Meanwhile 2 hours went by and I can’t leave because you’re busy trying to con someone else. I’ve come here for years but I think I’m done.
