Kevin was very attentive and, despite being deluged by customers at the end of the workday, continually kept me updated about the work being done on the car, and discussed other repairs and enhancements that would be needed in the future. Michael did a great job. Back on Oct 21, we brought our car at the dealership for service because the battery was dying. Toby said it will take 3-5 days for the new battery to come in. So, we waited. I called back after how many times we have to jump our car( it’s embarrassing to ask people around). Toby told us that it hasn’t arrived yet and he said he will call us when it arrives. Almost a month had passed, my wife had to call Toby because the car won’t start on her way to the gym from work. So, she called me to jump her car. Thankfully I was around and my company car is available. It’s really frustrating and infuriating!!! My wife had to call Toby again to find a SOLUTION ASAP. All the while, the battery is a HONDA battery which is available right there at your dealership.
