I spent 2100.00 on front brakes and at the end of the service the tech noticed the rear taillight bulb was out and then proceeded to text me they could replace that bulb for me cause it was in stock great news, until he told me that would be 52.00 dollars tax included. Are you joking charging someone a half hour rate for a bulb replacement that would probably take 10 minutes start to finish including walking to the warehouse for the part. Listen I get it vatland honda or any dealership is not in the business of doing work for free but after hammering me for way more then it should be for brakes and a belt and then also waiting to I arrive to pay before telling me about the convenient 3.5 percent charge. Just really low quality customer service. Put the damn bulb in and charge me for the bulb or do not say anything at all, trying to squeeze me for another 50.00 is just ridiculous. Plus I got calls from the service department asking when I was gonna pick my parts up 30 minutes after receiving a text that the work was started and I would get a call when completed. The woman was completely unaware my car was even there. I am in the market for a new car this year and next year my wife will need one, this will be bought from coggin. Sorry but this is not my first time having issues with vatland honda.
