The car was cleaned top to bottom. It looked great. My only complaint is that I dropped the car off at 8:30am, one other car there before me. My car was not finished until 4:00 pm. I wad told it would be done in about 3-4 hours. I was not prepared to be without my car for the day.
There was no explanation as to why it took so long. Other than that, I was completely satisfied with the car detailing.
