I was up there in Sebastian, 2 1/2 hours from him. With my dependent mom here in Coral Springs, expecting me mid day Saturday. I had the issue with my 2020 civic, Friday night and it had to be towed. First thing Saturday morning I called and was connected to Lori, then she connected me to Mike. Both were extremely professional and knowledgeable, and quite frankly comforting that this would get taken care of one way or another, and as soon as possible too. I was sure you all were super busy on a Saturday. So I appreciate very much, their help and speedy service!!
