Was able to schedule service online without issue. For us, the text updates on service progression worked well instead of phone. However, I appreciated that Toby called when a tire issue emerged during maintenance that previously was not seen during walk around. The tire was covered via road hazard.

I spent a few hours longer than I wanted but it wasn’t due to Vatland. After my battery failed the DCA 8000 my battery would have been on back order, but was able to get an out of market battery which took some time but Michael kept me posted. I was also happy that everything was under the warranty. Thank you.
