I've been dealing with Toby White since he was training with Rick. He is outstanding. He is prompt, and courteous and always makes sure that he thoroughly explains the service my Honda CR-V needs. I trust him to do the right thing and not to try and sell me unnecessary service. For a person so young he has truly done an outstanding job of understanding the complexities of his work and what the customer needs.

I had my warning light come on, so I pulled in to Vatland Honda, who happened to be close by the major highway I was traveling. They helped fix my car right away. It was a loose connection to my battery.Vatland could have said you have to leave the car, and we will look at it tomorrow. Very courteous, very efficient.very satisfied.
