Jarrod is an excellent customer-service provider. Even under stressful situation with a very difficult customer he kept his professional composure and addressed whatever issue he was dealing with in a calm matter. Because I did not know what was going on I rudely interrupted demanding my invoice. Later, after learning what was going on, I apologized to Jarrod in presence of the other customers, and extended the apology via Lon, the service manager. I said to both henceforth I will ask Jarrod be our service coordinator. I remember last year Jarrod resolved a snafu made by another service coordinator and handled it very professionally.
