Jarrod was fine. The problem I have is with how you process payments. I could not use my debit card via Apple Watch as he said your system didn't recognize the card as a debit card and charged a processing fee. I don't carry the physical card for security purposes. Other vendors accept the debit via Apple Watch with no issue. The choices offered were to process the transaction as a credit card and pay the 3% fee or to go home and return with the physical card and process the payment. I paid the fee of about $3.00 and left with a bad taste in my mouth regarding this systemic failure. Jarrod knew that this was a problem. So, this was not the first time that this has happened. A better solution would have been for you to absorb the $3 fee and fix the problem on your end. Apparently, Jarrod didn't have the authority to offer said solution. This tells me that there is a failure of leadership and your words of being committed to achieving my complete satisfaction ring hollow.
