Not sure my battery was checked during oil change it died 4 days later. Otherwise ok

It wasn't John's fault that the tires never arrived, but that made for a long day, and unnecessary work for others. Also, I do not like the app. You can't read the information. It's too small to read, and when you try to enlarge it, you lose the flow of the page. I had to call to ask what they were trying to tell me. Please reconsider the nonsense of trying to reduce 3 pages of info into the size of a text message.

This was my first time coming to Vatland to get my car serviced. I am completely satisfied and impressed by the parts team in their diligence to find a solution to my problem. It is greatly appreciated and I will be returning to service my vehicles. Thanks again for a great experience and excellent customer service.

My fluids were not topped off. My windshield wiper fluid was empty when I picked up my vehicle from having an oil change and tire rotation. Why wasn’t my washer fluid filled? This makes me think the tech didn’t even bother to check everything. Very disappointing.
