The person that contacted me on the date of service and the other person that completed pick up were great. Eaxh person I had contact with leading up to the appointment need improvement. I stopped using Toyota for service due to a few poor experiences in the past. I guess it depends on who you get. I have lost that gamble too many times.
What was to take approximately 2 hours turned into 7 1/2 hours. She did make an adjustment on the bill, and that was appreciated, but I couldn’t see the reason for the amount of time I had to wait. It totally messed up my plans for the day. Was any of it her fault? I doubt it but still, it would have nice to have been told to just reschedule for another day.

I purchased my vehicle in December 2024 and am very happy with its performance and the service.
Andrea was so nice on helping me with my check in and explain everything was done on my car to me. I had to get new windshield wipers for the front and back Andrea told me and I got them.
My appointment was at 7:45 AM, I took my truck in at 7:30 AM to get oil and tires changed out. It took 3:45 minutes to get my car back on the road. I will not take my truck to get tire changed from Toyota

I scheduled an appointment for seeing if Zurich shield would cover paint damage from a bird dropping and was denied despite the Zurich shield supposed to cover bird droppings and that Zurich shield was an add on was 1000 that I didn’t ask for but was put onto car anyways. Then was told by Becky that they were looking for an alternative solution to this paint damage problem… that was over 6 weeks ago
