Thought I could smell oil burning when I was a couple miles from the service center but stopped and checked and could not find any signs of leakage or maybe some that was spilled while doing the oil change. So all is good.

Chance did a great job today. He was great at communicating how long it was going to take and also inform me of some options when it came to windshield wipers. I appreciate it how quick he was to let me know when things were going on and when my truck was ready.

The issues was not addressed and i let my service advisor Jess know this. She came out and looked and took pictures of the issue and said she would get back to me the next day. Never heard backa and called multiple timws and never got a call back. My issue is still not resolved and I am very frustrated. Not the kind of customer service I would have expected after buying a vehicle. I want to be contacted so my issue can be resolved. My number is ****-****-xxxx and i want my this resolved

I was sent to more than one station to leave the suv to be repaired. The tiebreak wasn’t found in September when we brought it on for its maintenance. We had to find the leak and mark the tire for the repair.
