I have had all my service done on time on my 2018 Toyota 4Runner TRD Off Road with oil changes every 5,000 miles and it shows, by running like a new car at 140,000 miles.

I made an appointment several months ago for this oil change and it took almost 3 hours. That’s ridiculous.
Elizabeth was very very good at maintaining professionalism as two other Toyota employees were in a heated exchange. Her coolness is appreciable as the level of intensity from one of those employees was not professional. There were other customers that noticed it also.
