I was there 3.75 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection for axle welds when I had an appointment. As a mechanic of thirty years this is excessive. I worked for dealerships 15 years and currently employed with the state. Even after my vehicle was parked out front, I had to go and see them at the desk as it been sitting there for almost 10 minutes Better scheduling and customer service

Plain and simple it was the estimated timeline that I was given on how long my vehicle will take to be completed. I made an appointment at 0800 got told I will be on the road at 1000 ( which to my opinion was definitely to long just to install tires but I figure that was a standard time)but didn’t actually get my vehicle till 1100. Because of this extra hour of inconvenience I had to alter other timelines throughout my day that wouldn’t have been necessary if I was given a better time frame to begin with.

My car was under recall and fix was estimated free of charge but I end up paying $300 for that fix.

The Toyota of Puyallup Service Dept is as good as automotive service gets! Expert ASM’s and Technicians who are managed by the very best Service Manager in the Pacific Northwest. I feel very fortunate to have such high-quality service available locally!

You guys didn't figure out the problem with the car. It has a hesitation when you are going up a hill or , taking off from a stop. Doesn't do it all the time. It is a problem. We will be coming back with the carif it keeps happening.

Andrea was excellent. Very helpful and efficient. The service on my truck was excellent as well. My only issue was I purchased a keychain the last time my truck was serviced there. It fell apart within 2 weeks. I was told to just bring it in the next time my truck was serviced and they would replace it. I couldn't get an appointment when I needed one last year and had my truck serviced elsewhere. I brought the broken kitchen back in this time. But was told by the gentleman in the service department that they couldn't replace it because it had to be the same number and they had changed brands since then. It wasn't very much, but it was the principle of the thing. I live in Gig Harbor and very rarely come across the bridge. Except for one oil change, I have always had my truck serviced there since I purchased it new in 2008.
